At Tradewind, we were looking to hire a variety of roles both technical and customer facing. We have experience recruiting offshore talent in a variety of other countries but never Macedonia. We were attracted to Macedonia based on its reputation for strong educational institutions attractive wages, a culture that includes a strong work ethic, and very strong English language skills and familiarity with American culture.
We chose to work with Connect for a variety of reasons. Both owners of Connect are fluent English speakers both having lived in English speaking countries for many years.
