What will development services cost, and what’s included?
Nominal one off fee to start sourcing, and then a month-to-month pricing structure inclusive of gross salary + service fee.
How quickly could I hire outsourced staff if I decide to move forward?
It takes 2 weeks, often quicker, to source and present at least 3 pre-vetted candidates for each open position. Most successful candidates can start within 30 days.
Offshoring vs freelancing?
Offshore staffing provides dedicated, long-term team members, while freelancing offers short-term, project-based help. Offshore staff integrate better into your company.
How do I get out if things don’t work out?
60 days written notice. Connect contracts are performance based and flexible.
But I already hire onshore?
Most companies with an offshore team also hire locally. Connect will integrate your remote staff within your team's culture, technology and systems.
What kind of language and technical skills can I expect?
We source for highly skilled talent across all industry verticals, with English, German and French C1/C2 level.
Do I get to interview the staff?
Yes. You decide whom you want to go ahead with. We endorse pre-vetted candidates for your interviews and assessments. Connect can also administer custom skills tests where necessary.
Am I employing someone?
No. Connect is the legal employer of record and manages all HR of your remote staff, saving you the hassle and liability of employing someone.
