Why we started Connect
The problem we kept running into
We’re Macedonian by background, but we built our careers in the USA and Australia inside businesses that bought outsourcing, and inside the providers that sold it. We saw both sides for years.
What we kept seeing was the same broken model. Providers made big promises in the sales process, then threw candidates at clients who weren’t the right fit technically, culturally, or geographically. When staff left, they were quietly swapped out. The client was handed to an account manager, then a support centre, then a ticket queue. Sometimes it worked. Often it didn’t.
We learned two things from those years. First, customers shouldn’t have to lower their expectations on quality to get the cost benefit. Second, nearly every customer needs a safe pair of hands on the ground; someone who gives guidance, support, and honest answers, not a rotating cast of contacts.
Connect is what we built instead.
