We’re a modern outsourcing company run from Skopje, Macedonia, headed by an experienced and successful expatriate team. We spent years, both as BPO customers and working inside outsourcing providers.

During that time, we’ve learned two lessons. First, customers shouldn’t have to lower their expectations on quality and output. And second, nearly every customer needs a safe pair of hands on the ground who can provide guidance, support and assistance with all operations.

Too often than not, we saw an old factory revolving door approach. The provider would make big promises and then throw candidates at the client who were not the right fit technically, culturally, or geographically. Sometimes it worked, often it doesn’t.
