Senior Sales Representative

Location: Remote (Macedonia) | Salary: 70,000MKD net + commission

Our client partner, Infosec K2K, is expanding rapidly in the UK/EU market and looking for a high-energy, driven sales professional to help fuel this growth.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, wants to close deals, and understands how to speak to decision-makers about cybersecurity challenges. You’ll need to be a self-starter—someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but takes action.

About the Client

Infosec K2K (K2K) is a cybersecurity consultancy with offices in London and India, serving clients across the UK, Europe, and Africa. Specialising in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), K2K helps finance, insurance, and telecoms companies mitigate security threats and streamline access controls.

Despite being a young company, K2K’s team has 10-20 years of experience in cybersecurity, providing IAM assessments, managed services, and project support for in-house IT teams. The company is growing fast, and you’ll be joining at an exciting time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find, qualify, and engage potential customers in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to book sales meetings.
  • Speak confidently about IAM, CISCO, and cybersecurity solutions to IT leaders.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to fine-tune lead-generation strategies.
  • Keep CRM (Zoho) up to date with pipeline activity and progress.
  • Represent K2K at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.

What You Need

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in cybersecurity, IAM, or IT services).
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Confidence in speaking to IT decision-makers about cybersecurity topics.
  • Experience using sales tools like Zoho or similar CRMs.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude—you don’t wait for training, you take action.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing company that’s closing deals every month.

Working Hours & Location

Monday to Friday | 10:00 – 18:00 CEST

Work from home (anywhere in Macedonia) | Opportunity for travel when required
