This is a 3-month project based position, with the strong possibility of full permanent employment following the trial project period.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical Photoshop assessment. The task is expected to take 60 to 90 minutes and will test Photoshop editing quality, speed, file organisation, and ability to follow instructions.

Our client is an international AI company building image editing and image generation technology. They are focused on creating high quality training data by using skilled Photoshop editors to produce and record realistic image editing workflows.
About the Role
This role is ideal if you’re detail oriented, practical, and highly comfortable using Adobe Photoshop repetitively.
This role is focused on practical Photoshop editing, not general graphic design.
You will follow detailed image editing instructions, edit supplied images in Adobe Photoshop, and prepare the required output files. The work requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to create realistic image edits using supplied assets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Edit images in Adobe Photoshop according to written instructions.
- Add, remove, resize, and position objects naturally within images.
- Create realistic shadows, reflections, lighting, and perspective.
- Produce clean layered PSD files.
- Export final edited images and required supporting files.
- Follow file naming, folder structure, and delivery instructions carefully.
- Maintain consistent quality across repeated production work.
What You Should Bring
- Strong practical experience using Adobe Photoshop.
- Good masking, compositing, retouching, and object removal skills.
- Ability to match lighting, shadows, reflections, and perspective.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable with repetitive production work.
- Portfolio or examples of Photoshop editing work preferred.
Bonus If You Have
- Experience as a Photoshop Image Editor, Photo Retoucher, Product Retoucher, Digital Compositor, Production Artist, or Ecommerce Image Editor.
- Experience preparing clean layered PSD files.
- Experience working on repetitive production editing tasks where accuracy and consistency matter.
