About the Client
Our client is a UK-based payroll services provider that supports a wide range of small to medium-sized businesses. With over 120 payroll clients, they manage everything from one-person payrolls to larger organisations with up to 40 employees.
About the Role
This role is ideal if you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling payroll for multiple clients. You’ll be working directly with the UK client while based in Macedonia, helping to manage varied payroll schedules and client requirements with accuracy and care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process payrolls across weekly, four-weekly, and monthly cycles
- Help manage 120 payroll clients with varying schedules and staff sizes
- Set up new employees and process leavers
- Generate and send payroll reports in Excel and PDF formats
- Communicate directly with clients regarding payroll data, deadlines, and revisions
- Submit RTI reports to HMRC on time
- Email payslips to employees on client-specified dates
- Handle gross-to-net calculations, including fixed and variable pay structures
What You Should Bring
- Experience using Sage Payroll
- Prior experience processing payrolls for multiple clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage varying client needs and deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
