Slink is reimagining IT support from the ground up. Instead of reactive helpdesks and bloated third-party tools, they’re building a proactive, AI-powered SaaS platform that helps small businesses get more out of Microsoft 365—securely, efficiently, and affordably.
This isn’t a traditional MSP. Slink is creating something new: a self-guided IT manager, backed by automation and insight. Their goal is to reduce the cost to serve while delivering real, lasting value to small business owners—first in the UK, then globally.

Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead the engineering team in Macedonia—recruit, mentor, and scale
- Own architecture and product development of internal tools and SaaS platform
- Make strategic technology decisions—stack, tools, infrastructure
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the system
- Implement Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Collaborate closely with the founder and senior leadership
- Contribute to shaping product vision and market fit
- Guide the transition from MSP to a proprietary, subscription-based SaaS model
Qualifications
- Proven experience as CTO, Head of Engineering, or senior technical leadership role
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, cloud, security, and DevOps
- Track record of building and scaling engineering teams, preferably in the Balkans
- Experience designing and launching high-performance, scalable platforms
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on delivery
- Comfortable managing and evolving fast-moving, early-stage products
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Graph API, or OpenAI is a plus
Current tech stack includes:
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, Wouter, React Query
- Backend: Node.js, Express, TypeScript
- Database: PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM
- Authentication: Passport.js, Microsoft Azure AD
- Build Tools: Vite, esbuild, tsx
- API Integrations: Microsoft Graph API, OpenAI
We don’t expect you to be hands-on in all areas, but you should have deep technical expertise and be able to make strategic decisions on what to keep, replace, or build from scratch.
