Working Hours
Monday to Friday
1000-1800 CEST
Work from home/anywhere in Macedonia with opportunity to travel to London as required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s schedule, calendar, and meeting coordination.
- Handle communications, including emails, calls, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Assist in business operations, including document preparation and reporting.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and event planning.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams with professionalism.
- Support administrative tasks related to hiring, finance, and company operations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Highly extroverted, confident, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working with senior executives and high-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoho, and business tools.
- Experience in cybersecurity or tech industry (preferred).
