We are recruiting for a DevOps Engineer for our Client Partner – a leading USA based SaaS provider.
Our Client Partner helps Real Estate Agents sell more homes through the application of the company’s proprietary Selling System that starts at the top of the funnel, delivers qualified Leads to our Agent customers, and provides back-office support to cover the Lead and close a Transaction.
Base salary
130,000MKD NET with private health insurance and computer provided

Overview of position
You will be working on a technology platform that lives mostly in Google Cloud but uses hosted Supabase for transactional data. The company has a strong investment in Kubernetes and uses a combination of GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy to deliver robust CI/CD pipelines.
You will be the main (only full time) DevOps engineer on the team and will be supported by seasoned Engineers with a strong operational background.
You will be given the freedom and responsibility of figuring things out without having to lean too heavily on the rest of the team.
The right candidate for this role will learn by doing and figure the rest out through Google and YouTube.
You will join a team that is primarily based in Katowice, Poland but will work with a globally distributed team. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering who has a strong background in DevOps and Operations.
Day to day responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for Google Cloud infrastructure with specific focus on a Kubernetes cluster hosted in Google Cloud.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines built in GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy.
- Quickly figure out how to “make things work” in a Kubernetes cluster, even when the app was not originally designed to do so.
- Support the efforts of multiple development teams to deliver high performing CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Expert in Kubernetes
- Deep experience in Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Octopus Deploy a very strong plus.
- Expert in bash scripting.
- Strong background in GitHub Actions and the yaml files that drive them.
- Deep understanding of monitoring and logging platforms like Google Cloud Logging.
- Strong ability to figure things out with a minimum of internal documentation.
- Very strong communications skills in English including the ability to speak “in business terms”
with stakeholders and “in technical terms” with other members of the Engineering Team.
