About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who’s obsessed with helping SMBs win. You’ll be the face of guiding new customers through onboarding, building automations that drive measurable results, and ensuring every client gets real ROI, not reports. This isn’t a quota-chasing sales role. It’s a growth partnership role where you help customers launch, automate, and scale their success through our AI agents.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Onboard new clients through their first campaign setup in minutes, not days.
  • Own retention and growth by monitoring campaign ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Design automations using Zapier, AI prompts, & CRM integrations to streamline client workflows.
  • Be the voice of the customer and capture insights that shape product, training, and playbooks.
  • Every onboarding ends in a live campaign and every campaign ends in measurable growth.

What You Should Bring

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Technical Account Management (SaaS or MarTech preferred).
  • Strong Zapier and automation skills
  • Comfortable crafting and improving AI prompts for customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication – able to teach, troubleshoot, and inspire confidence with SMB clients.
  • Comfortable using metrics like client retention, ROI, and cost per lead as success indicators.
  • You understand that SMB owners have no time to waste and expect clarity, not complexity.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working with service businesses that run paid ads
  • Background in lead generation, call centres or appointment setting
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
