What You’ll Actually Do

This is not just a reactive support role. You will be at the heart of how Placester delivers for its customers—but your job is to make sure the engine runs, not to keep it from breaking down. Your focus is internal clarity and process control.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end project flow for templated, semi-custom, and custom website builds and migrations
  • Manage customer communications across the lifecycle—from onboarding to launch
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure internal teams stay aligned and deliver on time
  • Track progress using internal tools, and spot delays before they become problems
  • Document clear, step-by-step SOPs, SLAs, and workflows to ensure every team member knows what “done” looks like
  • Identify repeatable tasks and build reusable playbooks
  • Actively improve tooling, templates, and project dashboards

Must-Have Experience

  • 3+ years in project management, operations, or client delivery
  • Strong record of managing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience documenting and enforcing SOPs and SLAs
  • Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned and projects on schedule
  • Comfortable pushing for clarity and accountability across teams
  • Highly organized and proactive—someone who doesn’t wait for instructions Bonus
  • Experience in marketing, creative, or SaaS delivery teams
  • Familiarity with website builds and customer-facing tools in a product-led company
