What You Should Bring
- Comfortable with AI-led application development using a tech stack like Cursor, Git, Supabase, Vercel hosting environment
- Think like a product designer with a development background and capability
- Embrace AI-led development and the quality and efficiency it brings – not one still editing in notepad
- Strong visual acuity – knows what good looks like
- Strong English fluency and open communication skills
- Strong initiative – you don’t need all the answers or great detail to get stuff done
- WordPress experience a plus
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop internal products and automations that drive the business forward
- Build customer products and websites using AI-led development and modern stack
- Use Git + Supabase + Vercel to manage code, data and hosting
- Connect services through APIs, webhooks and Supabase functions
- Act like a product designer: plan, prototype, build, iterate
- Ensure visual quality and user experience meet high standards
- Move quickly with minimal direction and deliver results
- Join strategy conversations and translate commercial needs into technical paths
- Identify tasks suited for automation and build AI powered solutions
