About the Role
This role is ideal if you understand performance marketing, think in numbers and want to own high impact media campaigns. You will support the client partner and its customers in driving more qualified appointments and revenue from paid traffic.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, launch and optimise Amazon DSP campaigns that feed powered follow up
- Set up audiences, creatives and placements based on client goals and budgets
- Track reach, frequency, new to brand and downstream conversion metrics
- Monitor ROAS, CPC and conversion rates and adjust bids and budgets
- Create clear weekly and monthly reports with practical recommendations
- Work with internal teams to connect campaign data with lead engagement and booking performance
- Suggest new tests across audiences, messaging and funnels to improve results
- Ensure tracking, naming conventions and documentation stay clean and consistent
- Stay current on Amazon advertising updates and best practices
What You Should Bring
- 3+ years performance marketing experience in Amazon DSP or similar programmatic platforms
- Ability to analyse campaign data and turn it into concrete actions
- Strong English communication for reporting and client calls
- Experience working with ads managers, spreadsheets and attribution reports
- High attention to detail and structured work habits
- Comfort working independently and meeting deadlines
Bonus If You Have
- Hands on experience with other retail media platforms or paid social
- Background in lead generation or appointment based services
- Relevant certifications in Amazon Ads or programmatic media
