About the Role
This role is ideal if you’re organised, discreet, and proactive. You’ll work closely with the owner of the business, providing direct executive and personal support while managing a variety of operational and client-facing tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prioritise incoming emails, calls, and requests to ensure critical matters receive timely attention
- Prepare polished reports, presentations, and correspondence for client-ready delivery
- Assist with vendor management, client communications, and project coordination
- Maintain records, contracts, and sensitive business documents with strict confidentiality
- Support marketing and branding initiatives by coordinating content schedules
- Assist in organising private events, client gifting, and luxury experiences aligned with the brand
- Manage personal appointments, reservations, and lifestyle needs for the owner when required
- Provide ad hoc assistance with personal shopping, event planning, and luxury lifestyle activities
What You Should Bring
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a premium or luxury environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with proven ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with a polished and professional tone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to interact effectively with all personalities
Bonus If You Have
- Background in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge services
- Experience with Shopify, social media management and content management
- Experience managing international travel and cross-time-zone scheduling
