About the Role
This role is ideal if you’re customer-oriented, proactive, and enjoy solving problems. You’ll work with an international company, supporting German-speaking customers while based in Macedonia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide customer support to clients in Germany and Austria
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and product usage question
- Guide new customers through onboarding and initial setup
- Maintain customer satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing concerns
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products
- Monitor client usage and progress to ensure successful outcomes
- Report client feedback internally to help improve the product and service
What You Should Bring
- Excellent written and spoken German (C2 level)
- Experience in customer support, ideally for SaaS products
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to client needs
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with Zoho or similar CRM systems
- Previous work with international clients
- Exposure to sales or account management tasks
