About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Representative to help manage the client experience from first touch to long-term engagement. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the executive team, coordinating onboarding, overseeing client billing and contracts, and keeping customer relationships strong through thoughtful workflows and communication.

You’ll report directly to the Executive team and work across multiple functions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks when it comes to delighting clients and keeping operations running.

Responsibilities

Client Experience & Engagement

  • Manage client onboarding, acting as the first point of contact for new clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular check-ins and touchpoints with existing clients.
  • Create and manage customer engagement workflows, including nurturing sequences and feedback loops.
  • Handle client appreciation programs (gifts, swag, etc.) to reinforce positive relationships.

Sales & Admin Support

  • Build sales proposals and support deliverables for prospective clients.
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks and internal organisation.

Contracts, Billing & Collections

  • Oversee client contract management, from signing to renewal.
  • Track billing cycles, issue invoices, and follow up on collections with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or executive support roles.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (near native)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and basic workflow automation.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently and communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
