Lead Generator

We’re searching for a Lead Generator with a proven ability to generate leads through email, LinkedIn and warm calls. You will be joining a small but experienced team of former teachers, publishers and marketing experts at Bold Bear Publishing (https://www.boldbearpublishing.com) with proven success and a real product that can sell.

Your ultimate goal will be to book out the Directors’ calendar with prospect calls, and then systemise and scale this.

Salary

50,000 MKD NET
Project based agreement with high-potential for long-term employment with increased salary, following successful 3 month trial.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (flexible)
0900-1700 or 1400-2200 (up to you)

About the Role

We’re looking for a research-driven, detail-obsessed Lead Generator to help us grow Bold Bear Publishing’s client base—one curated lead at a time.

You won’t be hammering phones. You’ll be doing smart, methodical outreach to
decision-makers at schools, museums, nonprofits, and education companies across the U.S. and internationally.

Your role is to find the right people, craft the right message, and get replies—not spam inboxes or chase dead leads. You’ll power our outbound engine by feeding it with intent-based prospects, sharp outreach, and tight follow-up.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and research key decision-makers at target organizations (school districts, cultural institutions, nonprofits, publishers)
  • Find verified contact details (email, LinkedIn, role confirmation, etc.)
  • Segment prospects by priority, region, and potential project size
  • Write and send cold emails and LinkedIn messages using our templates and frameworks
  • Manage follow-up sequences and track replies
  • Support warm handovers to Bold Bear Publishing for booked calls
  • Suggest improvements to targeting, messaging, or outreach strategy based on patterns you observe

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting, email marketing, or sales development
  • Expert with tools like Apollo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or similar
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting instincts
  • Discipline to manage a daily/weekly outreach pipeline
    Bonus:
  • Experience in or understanding of the education or nonprofit sector
  • Comfortable interpreting public data (RFPs, DOE updates, leadership changes) to identify outreach triggers

  1. 500+ highly relevant leads researched and enriched per week
  2. 100+ customized outreach emails sent per day
  3. Steady pipeline of booked intro calls with qualified leads
  4. Weekly reports that show clear momentum toward monthly revenue targets
