Connect is hiring a Sales Representative for our UK client for a 4-month project (Feb–May 2025), with a strong potential for full-time employment and an enhanced salary package afterward.

Salary

50,000MKD net monthly + 20,000MKD end of project bonus (upon successfully closing 15% deals)

Tuesday – Saturday

1400-2200 CEST (Tuesday – Friday) / 1000-1800 CEST (Saturday)

About the Client

Our client partner, Tutorful, is the leading online education company helping parents and students of all ages across the UK and ROI find their perfect online tutor. You will be provided with extensive training and resources to complete the project.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a go getter who speaks fluent English and can handle themselves independently on a call with warm prospects. This is not a cold calling position – you will be provided with a daily list of prospects and why they haven’t engaged.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Call warm prospects: Call parents and adult leaners who have already expressed interest in Tutorful, focusing on resolving any issues preventing them from booking.
Identify and solve problems: Quickly uncover the reason for non-engagement (e.g., scheduling conflicts, tutor mismatch) and schedule appointments in real-time.
Close the sale: Confidently guide prospects to book a paid lesson during the call, leveraging live access to the booking system.
CRM: Updating databases to match tutors and parents and keeping accurate records of outreach activities.

Qualifications

At least 2+ years experience in a similar role
Fluent English comprehension – C2
Strong computer, CRM and spreadsheet skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and complete tasks autonomously
Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to be flexible
Willingness to contribute thoughtfully
