Responsibilities

  • Maintain a real-time dashboard of all customer onboardings, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Monitor active service tasks, requests, and setups, targeting 90% of setups completed within 4 weeks and 90% of service requests within 24 hours.
  • Manage team workload and assign new setups for smooth operations.
  • Oversee the success of service deliverables and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and direction for the team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project manager and customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of 10 or more.
  • Proven leadership experience in a creative or marketing setting (preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
