Responsibilities
- Maintain a real-time dashboard of all customer onboardings, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Monitor active service tasks, requests, and setups, targeting 90% of setups completed within 4 weeks and 90% of service requests within 24 hours.
- Manage team workload and assign new setups for smooth operations.
- Oversee the success of service deliverables and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and direction for the team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project manager and customer service experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of 10 or more.
- Proven leadership experience in a creative or marketing setting (preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
