Services include IAM assessments, managed services, and professional services, supporting in-house IT teams on projects. Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. They should thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, hybrid work environment and ensure accounts are up-to-date while supporting month-end, statutory accounts, and project work. They should be eager to grow with the role in a growing business.
This role reports to the Head of Finance.
- Oversee day-to-day accounts, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP).
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Multi-currency bank reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayment journals.
- Variance analysis.
- Project/consultant-specific profit and loss (P&L).
- P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Cashflow forecasting.
- Handle VAT returns, ensuring accurate postings for multiple jurisdictions, with the ability to research and resolve queries as the company expands.
- Coordinate with external payroll and finance support teams in Europe and India.
- Provide support to the Head of Finance on accounts migration projects and other business or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- CIMA, ACCA, or similar qualification with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in managing day-to-day accounts.
- Knowledge of VAT accounting and WHT, including cross-border reclaims, is a plus.
- Familiarity with contractor compliance requirements.
- Proficient in IT systems like Zoho, CRM, timesheet portals, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and open to adapting to business needs and learning new markets as the company grows globally.
