Responsibilities

  • Schedule kickoff calls with new customers, serving as the primary touchpoint during onboarding until website setup completion.
  • Successfully onboard 90% of customers, ensuring setups are completed within 4 weeks.
    Conduct periodic check-ins to maintain relationships, increase customer value, and boost retention.
  • Execute against the onboarding playbook effectively and efficiently.
  • Lead retention initiatives for churned customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Communicate customer requests and updates with the Creative team for seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Customer Onboarding.
  • 2+ years experience managing a small team (3 to 5) or senior Account Manager role.
  • Proven leadership in customer onboarding-focused teams.
  • Over 3 years of Account Management experience, handling an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of at least $1,500.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn, improve, and grow.
