Position summary
Our Client Partner operates the leading marketing software for real estate agents in Germany and Austria, and is hiring for a German speaking Sales Representative to join an a-star growth team. The successful candidate will handle the end-to-end sales of warm leads with high conversion rates. The software you will be selling has been successfully sold for over 10+ years, simple to understand and dominates the market.
Working schedule
0900-1700 CEST. Work from home.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in sales: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the software or SaaS sector (online sales)
- Language: Fluent in German at least C1 preferably C2
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Results orientation: Strong focus on achieving targets and increasing sales.
- Technical understanding: Basic understanding of software solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts simply (extensive training on client product will be provided).
- Initiative: ability to work independently and proactively, especially in a remote setup.
- Organised: Ability to adapt quickly to new markets, products and sales techniques.
- Nice to have: Previous sales experience in Germany or other DACH countries.
